NCAPA Sponsor Terms and Conditions
FDA Approval: Products that require marketing approval by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) must receive that approval before being promoted.
Payment: Payment must be made prior to the conference, by February 8, 2022. Payment may be made by check, payable to NCAPA Conference, or by credit card. Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will be contacted to submit payment. NCAPA’s TAX ID Number is 58-1726383.
Cancellation: Cancellation/Refund requests must be submitted in writing (mailed, faxed, or emailed).
Refund requests received by:
January 8, 2022 full refund less 25% administrative fee
February 8, 2022 full refund less 50% administrative fee
After February 8, 2022 no refunds given.
NCAPA reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company to be a sponsor at the NCAPA Virtual Winter Conference.
