The NCAPA Regional Chapters Committee provides two-way communication between NCAPA and the Regional Chapters, providing support to the chapters throughout the state and ensuring that policies and charters are current. Committee membership is decided upon by each regional chapter, who can assign one member to serve on the committee.
Committee Roles and Expectations
The committee consists of a Chair and 4-8 members. The committee typically meets an average of four times a year through virtual zoom meetings.
The Regional Chapters Committee Chair is expected to attend all NCAPA board of directors meetings (4-5 times annually) and works with the NCAPA staff liaison to create the annual budget and to assist with planning and board reports.
Committee members are expected to attend all committee meetings, review and reply to all committee communications, and participate as necessary and possible at any planned events in their region.
