2019 NCAPA Endowment Student Grant Winner | Erin Diggs, Lenoir-Rhyne University

January 28, 2020 by Kat

Congratulations to Erin Diggs as the recipient of the NCAPA Endowment 2019 Student Grant for a PA student from Lenoir-Rhyne University. Erin earned a Nutrition Science degree from NC State University and worked in multiple health fields prior to PA school. She also volunteered with the Special Olympics, Make-a-Wish Foundation, and the Miracle League, while also providing leadership in the student senate.

Now in PA school, Erin currently serves as the Lenoir Rhyne Student Representative to the NCAPA Board of Directors. She also assists with an organization, Stomp the Monster NC, that aims to help cancer patients with their unmet expenses. Erin intends to work in North Carolina and is open to many fields. Any community would benefit from her care and compassion and we wish her success in meeting her goals.

The NCAPA Endowment board gratefully thanks all who have made generous donations that make these scholarships and other grants possible.  Please consider supporting PA students and practicing PAs who continue to do the work of providing excellent health care services in North Carolina.
