Spotlight on NCAPA Employer Group Relationships

July 1, 2024 by Pauline Bulala

“As we continue our journey as a ‘Best Place to Care,’ opportunities like these illustrate our commitment to a work environment where APPs can flourish personally, clinically, and professionally,” states PA Bridges.

The NCAPA Employer Group Relationship benefit makes it quick and convenient for organizations and employers to purchase memberships for all employed PAs at one time. Along with other added benefits, networking, and community, employers can also be confident that the PAs they employ will have access to high quality, peer-led and peer driven CME at a discount, so that their CME dollars go even further.

Melissa Ricker Bridges, DMSc, PA-C, Atrium Health

Recently, Atrium Health has partnered with the NCAPA in participating in the Employer Group Relationship membership option. Spearheaded by Melissa Ricker Bridges, DMSc, PA-C, NCAPA has welcomed many returning and new professional members.

“Atrium Health and the Center for Advanced Practice fosters and supports the opportunity for PAs to engage in continuing medical education, networking, and professional development that ultimately promotes better patient care and contributes to a stronger APP workforce,” says PA Bridges, who is currently the PA Fellowship Director of Atrium’s Center for Advanced Practice.

“We are proud to partner with the NCAPA’s Employer Group Relationship program to afford our PAs an optional annual discounted membership. Through this batch enrollment, we are able to personally cultivate enthusiasm for state organizational engagement, while personalizing the ways our PAs can benefit from membership.”

NCAPA would like to thank all EGR participants for their membership, involvement, and participation. NCAPA is dedicated to championing the PA profession through education, advocacy, and support of its members.
