Michael Gorman-Smith is the NCAPA Endowment Student Grant recipient from the Wingate University PA Program. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Rhode Island with dual majors in Kinesiology and Biology, while also immersing himself in the campus Emergency Medical Service as an EMT. His volunteer service during PA school includes his role as class chaplain and various other projects. Graduating from PA school in December of 2019, Michael may stay in NC and work in any one of a number of fields. Congratulations and best wishes to him as his new journey soon begins!
