The fourth Sex and Gender Health Education (SGHE) Summit aims to promote the integration of sex and gender concepts into health education, taking into account their intersection with race, ethnicity, social determinants, and other patient variables.
The Summit is a follow-up to prior Summits which have brought together healthcare educators from over 250 institutions and associations to advance sex and gender specific health education.
Attendees will gain critical insights into the significant effects that sex and gender have on health outcomes and the need to integrate this knowledge into healthcare curricula through innovative and sustainable educational approaches.
