Our August I Am NCAPA highlighted member is Amy Thompson. Amy has been a member of NCAPA since 2000. She currently works for WakeMed, specializes in Cardiology. Amy is a true team player, stating “I love caring for patients and working in collaboration with my supervising physician and team of health care providers.” She believes NCAPA membership is important to “maintain connection with PAs within my state and to help support PA advocacy in North Carolina.”
