NCAPA announces search for new Executive Director

The North Carolina Academy of Physician Associates (NCAPA) announces a search for an Executive Director due to a planned retirement. The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership and management of this state chapter of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.  NCAPA is located in the Eugene A. Stead Center for Physician Assistants in Durham, NC.

The Executive Director will manage a staff of three and provide support to a 13-member Board of Directors, as well as various committees.  NCAPA has over 2,000 members, hosts two major CME conferences a year, and advocates for the PA profession with the NC legislature, regulators, and the public.  A complete position description, including responsibilities and qualifications, may be found here http://tinyurl.com/ncapajobdescription.
