The NC Department of Health and Human Services’ Division of Public Health (DPH) and NC AHEC are partnering to enhance communication about and preparedness for COVID-19 by holding weekly forums for providers.
The forums will be held on Fridays from 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm. They will begin on Friday, March 13 and will continue until they are no longer needed.
NC DPH, the CDC and others are providing excellent materials and timely guidance. Those materials and guidance are widely distributed, and we encourage you to continue to disseminate them as they are updated. We recognize that providers may have questions about the guidance, or providers may benefit from clarification by NC DPH Subject Matter Experts.
During the forums, Subject Matter Experts from DPH will provide a quick update on any new developments and respond to questions received before or during the forum.
Caroline Griswold, NCAPA Program Coordinator, will be gathering and submitting questions from NCAPA members. If you have any questions that you would like submitted to DPH, please send them to Caroline at firstname.lastname@example.org.
